Psychotherapy in Central London

I am an integrative psychotherapist based in Central London, offering open-ended therapy both online and in person in Marylebone and the City of London. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and PGCert in Psychotherapy and Counselling from Regent's University.

I have a number of years of experience supporting people and working with a wide range of mental health difficulties, grounded within a long-standing passion for understanding the mind and emotional wellbeing. I have specialist experience in neurodivergence, ADHD and Autism. You may like to explore a diagnosis or want to understand more life with neurodivergence.

Beginning therapy is a deeply personal step. You may start by focusing on a specific issue, or you may feel drawn to explore yourself, your relationships, and recurring patterns more broadly. Together, we can create a space to reflect on the thoughts, feelings, and experiences that may be holding you back, helping you to develop greater understanding, resilience and self-awareness.
